The staff showed compassion when a guest took ill. However, I was disappointed by the lack of in-room dining info and the absence of a desk as advertised. Despite small rooms, the central location near Central Park and reasonable price made up for it.

The location was clutch, right across Central Park, and the prices were surprisingly budget-friendly for NYC. The staff was super chill and the mattress was decent – got some good sleep there, can't complain! Just a heads up, the rooms could use a bit more attention to deep cleaning to be top-notch, but overall, had a solid stay. 🌳

The spot's sweet - close to Central Park and the door guard's a champ. The spacious toilet's a plus and everything was clean. Only gripe? Lack of nearby cafes for breakfast, but no biggie, I just wandered further for food. 🌳

It was as expected, had a really great stay for the summer or spring time. I was offered a cheap breakfast for coffe. I liked being within a 5-minute walk from the subway.

Staying at the hotel made it so convenient for us to visit the Broadway Theatre District. Our kids absolutely loved the vibrant performances and the lively atmosphere. We were also just a stone's throw away from Columbus Circle, where we enjoyed the diverse dining options and designer boutiques.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel could offer more kid-friendly amenities, such as a dedicated play area for children.

Perfect location to visit New York City (subway very close, and next to Central Park). Nice and quiet neighborhood. Attentive and helpful staff. Very comfortable bedding. Bathroom (good space, hot and functional shower). The cleaning is done every day so the rooms are very clean.

Overall the hotel would need some refreshment (old carpet, some rooms without the possibility to open the window, noisy air conditioning, slightly slow elevator etc.) . However, this is not at all inconvenient (good value for money and very well placed to visit New York).

The French toasts at Park West were a fairytale on my taste buds, fit for NYC royalty. The nearby dining hotspots sprawled like a culinary treasure map; Demitasse Coffee & Tea, Lura Restaurant Lounge, and Freda's are a hop, skip, and a foodie's jump away.

Drawing from a cheeky critique in the database, the first room hiccup fizzled out as we landed a larger room with front-row views that amazed. Though, a game of musical rooms did whirl around a bit, adding a quirky twist to our stay.

The invaluable kindness of the doormen. The one in the morning is very helpful and affectionate. The one in the afternoon and evening is very helpful and attentive.

The hotel was fairly clean and offered free WiFi. The pricing was reasonable, even with some hidden costs which are common in US hotels. The hotel also allowed us to store our cases after checking out, which was a big help. a good price for a convenient and friendly stay.
